Substantial completion, a term we contractors use when we “think” we are done. :) Then the dreaded punch list appears and reality sets in. Completing a project is always bitter-sweet for me.  Yes, our hard work on design and construction has come to fruition and we met all of the challenges along the way but I will miss seeing Marc’s shining face and hearing his cheery voice on a daily basis. 

We really strive to develop lasting relationships with our customers. 

I am sure Marc and Nancy are glad to see us go :) but we hope they will remember us for our quality work ethic and will be happy to call us for future projects. As you can see Nancy has done a great job decorating the porch with out-door furniture.  We hope to have better photos of the tile and furniture in our next update.  !!Darn camera batteries!! 

My next update will feature some night-time shots to show off the lighting.
